Call for Tutorial Proposals

IEEE MetaCom 2023 (June 26-28, 2023, Kyoto, Japan) will be hosting a series of half-day Tutorial Sessions and therefore invites submission of Tutorial Proposals. Tutorials should provide a focused lecture highlighting new and emerging topics within the scope of the conference.

In order to propose a tutorial to IEEE MetaCom 2023, please register your name, title of the tutorial and a summary of the tutorial via email and submit the details of your tutorial proposal. The tutorial proposal should describe concisely the content, importance and timeliness of the tutorial. Tutorial proposals should be submitted in one PDF file to the Tutorial Chairs.

Each tutorial proposal must include the following sections:

• Title of tutorial
• Abstract of the tutorial
• Objective and motivation
• Outlines
• Names and a short biography of tutorial speakers
• A brief description of the technical issues that the tutorial will address, emphasizing its timeliness
• Lecture experience of the tutorial speaker(s)
• If appropriate, a description of past versions of the tutorials, including number of attendees, how the proposed tutorial differs from past versions, etc.
• And other information you find relevant

Tutorial proposals should be submitted in a single PDF file, not exceeding three pages, for review through email to the tutorial co-chairs. Please use “IEEE Meta 2023 tutorial proposal” in your email subject.
